Unhurried by design
We are two hours from Coron town on purpose. The reward for the distance: a mangrove river to yourselves, reefs without queues, and boatmen who learned these waters before they learned to drive.

The Mangrove River at Dawn
Paddle the estate’s own mangrove channel while the water is still glass. Herons lift off ahead of you; the only engine is your own arms.

Hidden Islands & Black Island
Our boatmen grew up on these waters. Sandbars without footprints, reefs that never made the tour maps, and the caves and shipwreck of Black Island.

The House Reef
Snorkel straight off the beach: the reef begins where the sand ends. Parrotfish, giant clams and coral gardens in two meters of clear water.

The Hilltop Barbecue
A short walk up the ridge for the estate’s signature evening: fresh catch over coals, cold drinks, and the whole bay turning gold below.

Handline fishing the way Busuanga has always done it, from an outrigger at first or last light. The kitchen cooks whatever you bring home.

The Pool & Open-Air Jacuzzi
A scenic pool above the beach and a jacuzzi open to the sky and the sea. The hardest decision of your afternoon is which one first.
